Return Policy: We want you to be happy with your one-of-a-kind purchase, so please let us know if something is not right. Straitjacketsam.com will accept returns on unworn, unused merchandise for exchange or store credit within 10 days of the delivery date based on the following guidelines.
- If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery date.
- All returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only, no refunds.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with all original wrapping and tags still attached and in place and must be shipped back within 10 days of the delivery date.
- There are no returns or exchanges accepted on any custom items or sale items.
- Before returning an item, fill out the required Product Returns information below to request an RMA number. No returns will be accepted, granted, exchanged or processed without a return RMA obtained from this Site prior to returning merchandise.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in the case of incorrect merchandise.
- Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please be sure to use a courier (such as USPS or UPS) with a tracking system and adequate insurance for the returned item; we are not responsible for any returns or exchanges on any damaged, stolen, lost, or mishandled packages being returned to us.
- If exchanging for a higher priced item, the difference must be paid in order to receive the new item.
- Returned items are subject to a non-refundable 15% restocking fee.
- Buyer is responsible for paying any applicable shipping charges for having the exchanged item shipped, except in the case of incorrect merchandise.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed.
