Shipping

Shipping Information

All orders are subject to verification prior to shipping. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been completed or, if using Paypal, once Paypal payment has been received and cleared. Orders are generally cleared for shipping between 2-4 business days at the latest. If you have ordered "make to order" leather items, please allow time for your item to be made for you prior to shipping. Make to order customers will be notified when your order is ready to ship.

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, not including holidays. Standard holiday closures observed include but are not limited to New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Be sure to order early during the Christmas season!

We are located in San Fernando in the Los Angeles area, so delivery times will depend on how close you are to California and which shipping option you choose. We use USPS services whenever possible to keep shipping costs down for you.

For domestic shipping within the United States, most jewelry items ship via USPS First Class Mail and heavier items such as neckties, spats and handbags ship USPS flat rate. We do not officially offer "local pickup". However, if you are located close to our San Fernando studio and would like to pick up your item, please message us and we can make arrangements per individual. We do not make local deliveries.

For international shipping, most items are shipped via USPS First Class Package International or Priority Mail International Flat Rate.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Please note, international buyers are responsible for any and all additional charges which may occur such as: duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, customs fees and any additional postal fees (and for knowing if you can bring our leather items into your country). If you are not sure of the fees and charges you may incur, please contact your local postal service for information. Where ever possible, we ship international orders with USPS tracking. Please also note we do not falsify customs forms.
